About Louisa
Struggling to remain steadfast to your values?
Being human can be downright challenging, confusing, and frustrating.
Our culture does not support living the fully integrated human life that Christ promises.

Self-Dissatisfaction & Burnout
Do you often find yourself dissatisfied with who you are? Are you experiencing burnout as a student, parent, or in a job? I believe that through creative collaboration, we can uncover the deeper layers that may be motivating these unwanted feelings, begin to gain clarity around your personal values, and build a foundation of leisure to fuel a life of right order and self-satisfaction.
Emotional Distress & Turmoil
Are you noticing an unpleasant pattern in your emotions? Do you find it difficult to feel your emotions? I believe that your feelings and emotions are trying to tell you something important. Together, we can learn to listen to what your emotions and feelings are communicating and learn to right-order and integrate your emotional life that is proportionate to who you are as a whole human person.
Relational Difficulties & Navigation
Do you need support, help, or guidance in a current relationship? Relationships can be difficult to navigate on your own, especially when you are struggling in a relationship that you care deeply about. Through creative collaboration, I believe we can explore whatever relational difficulties you are encountering and create new pathways of genuine connection and clear communication.
Body-related Challenges & Shame
Are you experiencing shame around your body? Do you feel stuck or uncertain about how to accept your body or a certain part of your body? Together, we can listen to the story that your body is telling you, cultivate compassion towards your body, and explore the genius of your nervous system within your God-given body you have been entrusted with.

"Create in me a clean heart O God and renew in me a steadfast spirit"
~ Psalm 51:10
My Story
I am a Minnesota-native who thrives on coffee, the outdoors, and learning about what it means to be human.
Through years of anxious searching, I have sought to prove to myself, others, and God that I am lovable and good.
This quest led me to the field of psychology and counseling, where I have spent several years of education, only to be restless and dissatisfied with various models of healing, the mental health system, and views of the human person.
Thus, through my lived experiences, dynamic conversations with others, growing in my relationship with Jesus, and experiencing a call to leisure, I am slowly uncovering what it means to be wholeheartedly alive.
My hope is that my creative-collaborative approach to coaching can provide a space where you can freely bring the fragments and pieces, hopes and desires, questions and wonderings of your life and set out on an adventure of living life wholeheartedly alive!
I am available to clients of all ages and have a particular interest in journeying with women who are wrestling with vocational discernment, body-related challenges, burnout, and emotional distress.
I believe that you are capable of living a life congruent to your dignity where you can experience interior unity, peace, and self-compassion! Let’s collaborate–set up a discovery call today!

"I wholeheartedly recommend Matthew Jandernoa.
Having known Matthew for a number of years, I can attest that he is a man of character, of deep love for Christ and His Church, and is faithful to the Church's magisterium.
Matthew is dedicated to growing in holiness and virtue in his own life, and I know he will help those he coaches to do the same."
~ Rev. Kyle Kilpatrick, Diocese of Grand Rapids MI
